CCC BOOTCAMP is an all inclusive coaching package.
The CCC Bootcamp is designed to provide the framework to guide clients through an easy to follow, well-structured methodology that leads to finding a new job that you love.
Clients will get 1:1 coaching that will give you clarity on "What's next", defines your superpower and develops a roadmap to get you there.
The Bootcamp includes unlimited coaching sessions, endless email support, and unlimited access to all the homework, exercises, resources, tools, and materials you need until you land a new job .
Meetings are 60-minutes long, conducted virtually on Zoom. You will have homework to complete before each meeting.

Bootcamp Pricing
Pricing is divided into two payments. The first part is an Admission fee for the entire program including 1:1 coaching, a career search action plan and access to all the tools, resources, documents, worksheets, exercises, templates and continued ongoing support until you land your next job. The second part is paid when land a new job; it’s called the Success fee.
Admission and Success Fee:
• $2600 Admission fee and 1% Success fee
How is the Success fee calculated?
The Success fee is based on the first year’s estimated cash compensation as indicated in the offer letter. This includes the base, bonus, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.
Example: In the offer letter, it states a base salary of $200,000, a 25% annual bonus ($50,000), and a sign-on bonus of $10,000 making your total first-year compensation $260,000.
In this example, the 1% Success fee would be $2600 ($260,000 X 1%)
My 100% guarantee. If you don’t see the value in the program after our first session together, I will give you a 100% refund of your payment. No worries! I don’t want to waste your time and money and I don’t want to waste my time either. To further clarify, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled or reversed for any reason once we have begun the second session.
