Catalyze Career Coaching is not a recruiting firm and does not offer headhunting, guarantee job placement, or resume distribution services. Additionally, we do not craft CVs (this includes technical, academic, or medical CVs) or resumes for government positions. We are not a resume-writing service, and we are happy to recommend you to one of our resume-writing partners.

Currently, our service is limited to those looking for jobs in the U.S.

Yes, my office is located in Alpharetta, GA by appointment only.

Catalyze Career Coaching does not offer payment plans.

Catalyze Career Coaching does not guarantee job placements or any other outcomes because of our work together. The program will provide guidance, support, and tools to help you in your job search and career development. The Playbook does offer ongoing support until you land your next job.

Appointments are required to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment via email to [email protected]. Three (3) no-shows will result in the client forfeiting their rights to finishing The Playbook sessions. The Playbook program is for clients who are laser-focused on finding a new career and willing to put in the time to complete the homework and show up for meetings.

If you don’t see the value in the program after our first session together, we will give you a 100% refund of your payment. No worries! I don’t want to waste your time and money, and I don’t want to waste my time either. To further clarify, all payments are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or reversed for any reason once we have begun our third session.

It’s hard when you need an income tomorrow, but coaching takes time. There is a methodology in The Playbook and each session is critical to complete to make the right move. I might not be the best fit but contact me to see if I can refer you to someone who can help.

Meetings are approximately 60 minutes long and conducted in person (Atlanta, GA), over the phone, or via Zoom. You will have homework to complete before each meeting and can get started immediately after an initial conversation.

I’m not sure if I am, and that is why I scheduled a 30-minute call to learn about you and your circumstances. If I’m not the right coach, I’m happy to refer you to others in my network.

Working with a career coach can help you clarify your career goals, develop a personalized career plan, improve your job search skills, and overcome obstacles in your career. They can also provide valuable insights and feedback.

Career coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs. They may involve discussions about your career goals, resume review, job search strategies, LinkedIn optimization, personal branding, interview preparation, and offer negations. The coach will work with you to address your unique challenges.

The duration of career coaching varies based on individual goals and needs. Some people may benefit from just a few sessions, while others may engage in a full program.

Rather than a cost, think of working with a career coach as an investment. With any investment, you are looking for an ROI (return on investment). That return could be measured in several ways: a new job, an increase in salary at your current position, a change at your current job or future position for work/life balance or going out on your own to fulfill your passion.
